I tried writing up something that would expound on my quote, but at the end of it, the quote speaks for itself. When you take risks, you should be able to determine if doing so has positive or negative consequences. Investing? That's a risk worth taking. Gambling your money in the casino? If you for a second even think about trying it, I'll hit you in the head.

Using them term YOLO to justify bad behavior never works, because YODO - You Only Die Once.

Think when you take risks. Don't take one just for the sake of doing so.

How do you recover after workouts?

Before Herbalife, I avoided eating after a workout, for fear that the fats I burned during exercise would come back. The result? I actually gained more body fat because my body was starved on protein and nutrients, making me eat more throughout the entire day.

Most people make the mistake of assuming that the calorie content of a food item is the same, regardless if it's raw or cooked.

Always remember that when we cook food, sugars are released because of the heat we use. These sugars break down further the longer we cook something. Thus, the longer we cook something, the more sugars come out, the higher the calories we will consume.

Having said that, if you are counting calories, make sure you count the calories of each food item you're consuming based on whether it's cooked or not.
