🌿 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬! 🌿
The Medical Social Work Section of Ospital ng Parañaque proudly held the Mental Health Seminar 2025 with the theme “Kumusta Ka? Strengthening Mental Wellness and Su***de Prevention Awareness.”
💡 Throughout the day, participants learned the vital importance of nurturing mental health-recognizing early signs of distress, breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness, and promoting open conversations to prevent su***de. Together, we were reminded that mental wellness is just as important as physical health, and that support and understanding can save lives.
