We proudly welcome Dr. Florge Francis Sy to the OGH family!

Dr. Florge finished his medical degree at the Cebu Institute of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu. Afterwards, he finished his fellowship training in Medical Oncology at the Philippine General Hospital.

Dr. Florge will begin seeing patients in his clinic starting July 9, 2025.

We truly look forward to the incredible impact he will make on the lives of our patients. 💚

We proudly welcome Dr. Rossana Mosa to the OGH family!

Dr. Rossana finished her medical degree at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She completed her residency training in General Surgery at Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center (OMMC). Afterwards, she finished her fellowship training in Surgical Oncology at the St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Dr. Rossana will begin seeing patients in her clinic starting July 1, 2025.

Dr. Minette finished her medical degree at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics and fellowship training in Pediatric Neurology at the Philippine General Hospital. Afterwards, she finished her fellowship training in Pediatric EEG and Epilepsy at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Alberta, Canada.
