Starting today, May 22, 2026, our online clinic will once again accommodate online and on-call medical consultations.

We sincerely apologize for our absence over the past months due to personal and operational challenges. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

To further address incidents of fraud and document manipulation β€” as validated through confirmation and verification processes with various HR and OSH sectors β€” we will no longer issue digital PDF copies of medical documents.

Effective immediately, our official medical documents will only be issued using our 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐰𝐫𝐒𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧-𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬, including:

β€’ Prescription Pads
β€’ Medical Certificates
β€’ Medical Clearance Certificates

Original hard copies will be sent directly to patients. Upon request, scanned copies may be provided in advance for reference purposes only.
