Theme: "Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!"

To promote awareness on the importance of food and nutrition security, Iranon district Hospital held a fun and educational “What’s Inside the Box?” activity! 🎁👀

👩‍🍳 Participants from different units eagerly joined the guessing game, where they identified various nutritious vegetables hidden inside mystery box—using only their sense of touch! 🍌🍅🍠

This initiative is made possible through the efforts of Arrah June Baybay, RND, Jimema Jasmen Bilalang, RN and Isnaira Inding, RN with the full support of Dr. Harris Macapeges - Chief of Hospital II. This activity is part of our commitment to promoting health and wellness in the workplace.

This activity aim is to emphasize the significance of nutritious, accessible, and affordable food for all, while encouraging everyone to recognize and appreciate local, healthy products.

This exciting and interactive game not only sparked curiosity and laughter, but also strengthened our shared commitment to nutrition security as a basic right. 💚

Ikinagagalak naming ipaalam sa inyong lahat na available na po ang X-Ray at Ultrasound Services sa Iranon District Hospital (IDH)!

Tumatanggap na ang IDH ng mga pasyente para sa mga X-Ray at Ultrasound procedures upang mas mapabilis ang inyong diagnosis at paggagamot.

Today July 21,2025 Catalino O. Molina Jr., our Administrative Officer V, RN, MAN, CHA, DipHLM, MPA, officially re-echoed in our hospital the key discussions and directives from the Management Conference (MANCON) held in Manila last July 15–18, 2025. This re-echo was addressed to the Chief Nurse, Human Resource Management Officer, Budget Officer, Accounting and Finance Department Procurement Officer, Social Worker Officer ,Cashier, PHIC Head and AMBAG Desk Officer to ensure that all concerned departments are aligned with the outcomes of the conference. Topics covered included procurement streamlining, budget prioritization, enhanced compliance measures, and strengthened interdepartmental collaboration. All units are expected to act on the agreed directives to support efficient hospital operations and service delivery.

We are proud to announce that the Iranon District Hospital was represented by our esteemed Chief of Hospital II, Dr. Harris D. Macapeges, and the visionary Administrative Officer V, Catalino O. Molina Jr., RN, at the semi-annual Management Conference held from July 15-18, 2025, at Dusit Thani, Makati City.

This significant event reaffirms our commitment to elevating the standard of care in our hospital. One of the key highlights was the reconciliation of reports, which enabled us to identify gaps and challenges while formulating interventions to address issues within the Ministry of Health.
