Sa layunin ng Pasay City General Hospital na higit pang mapabuti ang paghahatid ng serbisyong pangkalusugan sa bawat Pasayenyo, bagong mga nars at doktor ang makakasama sa hanay ng ospital ngayong taon. 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦, 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬.

We know you’re sick. We know you’re uncomfortable. We know you want answers and relief as soon as possible. Wanting to be seen quickly is human and valid.

But the Emergency Room does not work like a fast lane. It works by 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞 which means 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰, not who arrived first.

Someone who looks “fine” but has chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe trauma, or altered consciousness may be rushed in immediately. Someone who is stable may wait longer, even if they came earlier.

Waiting is frustrating but medically, it often means you are stable enough to wait. That time is being used to save someone whose life depends on minutes, not hours.

The Emergency Room is not an OPD shortcut.
It is where the most critical patients are protected first.

PAGSIBOL: THE 2ND HOSPITAL-WIDE GRADUATION RITES FOR RESIDENTS.

Huwebes, Disyembre 18, 2025, ginanap ang PAGSIBOL: The 2nd Hospital-wide Graduation rites for residents ng Pasay City General Hospital sa Century Park Hotel, Manila. Anim na mga doktor mula sa Internal Medicine at Obstetrics and Gynecology ang nagsipag-tapos ng kanilang residency training programs na accredited ng Philippine College of Physicians and Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.

Kasama sa pagdiriwang sina Vice Mayor Mark Calixto, Councilor Joey Calixto Isidro, PCGH Board, at Chairmen and Training Officers ng Departments of Internal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Ito ay sa pangunguna ng Medical Director, Dr. John Victor De Gracia, Chief of Clinics, Dr. Melgar Matulac, Department of Medical Education, Dr. Mark Pongco, Resident Staff Organization President Dr. Monica Hing, at iba pang mga doktor ng Pasay City General Hospital.

PASAYGEN CONVERSATIONS ON GOOD HEALTH (PCGH) SESSIONS:
Samahan si Connor Garcia sa isang simpleng hakbang na may napakalaking epekto, mag-donate ng dugo at magligtas ng buhay. Isang turok lang, maraming pag-asang maibibigay.

Sa pamamagitan ng blood donation, may pag-asa tayong naibibigay. Isang donasyon, maraming buhay ang natutulungan. Sama-sama nating ipalaganap ang malasakit. Donate blood. Save lives.

The first Interdepartmental Research Forum was successfully mounted today by the Department of Medical Education. Dr. Joshua Jainani, a senior resident from the Department of Internal Medicine, was awarded 1st place on his lung cancer-related research.

The Interdepartmental Research Forum is required by national accreditation bodies to build and enhance excellent research skills for all resident physicians.
