Hazing is not a tradition, nor is it a form of brotherhood or unity. It is an act that causes harm, fear, and lasting trauma. As members of the AIMS community, we believe that true belonging is built on respect, trust, and support—not pain or humiliation.

The 𝘼𝙄𝙈𝙎 𝙋𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 stand together in promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every student. We encourage everyone to recognize hazing in all its forms, reject it without hesitation, and take a stand against practices that threaten the dignity and well-being of others.

The school does not tolerate any acts of hazing among its students. Any behavior that compels someone to endure physical, emotional, or psychological harm in the name of initiation or acceptance is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.

If you know something or witness any act of hazing, 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵. Your voice can help protect others and prevent further harm. You may report these incidents to the 𝘚𝘞𝘚 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘵 3𝘳𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘬, 𝘈𝘐𝘔𝘚 𝘛𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳, where your concerns will be handled with care, confidentiality, and proper action.

It’s never too late to celebrate the strength, courage, and achievements of women. The 𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 held a 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓-𝑬𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚 last 𝟭𝟭 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 at 𝟕𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢. A 𝑌2𝐾-𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑑 celebration filled the venue with bright colors, nostalgic fits, and a lively atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable event. The team enjoyed a variety of games that brought out everyone’s energy and teamwork, followed by good food that kept the conversations warm and cheerful. The excitement continued with a raffle segment, creating moments of laughter and anticipation throughout the program. 🎄

We were also glad to welcome several alumni who joined us for the celebration. Their presence reminded us of the strong community built through the years, and their support and stories made the event more meaningful. Sharing the space with both current facilitators and alumni created a moment of connection that highlighted the spirit of the organization. ✨

The event served as a simple break from academic responsibilities and a chance for facilitators to strengthen bonds within the organization. It also highlighted the value of shared experiences in sustaining a supportive peer community. ❤

The 𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, the student arm of the 𝑆𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑊𝑒𝑙𝑓𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠 (𝑆𝑊𝑆) participated in the 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 held on 𝘚𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 18, 2025 (𝘛𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺). The event aimed to strengthen the leadership, communication, and support skills of the facilitators as they continue to serve their fellow students. Advocating for mental health, mentoring their peers, assisting in office-led initiatives, and helping in dissemination of information about the institution and its various offices. 💬✨

The morning session featured an exciting 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 at the 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪-𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵, 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ where participants worked together through various challenges that tested their teamwork, strategy, and collaboration. The activity fostered camaraderie and built stronger connections among members. 🤝🎯

In the afternoon, the facilitators attended a series of lectures focusing on “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀” and “𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀” at the 5𝘵𝘩 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮. 📚 These discussions deepened their understanding of effective peer engagement and leadership, preparing them to become more empathetic and Capable student leaders. 💡🌱

The training concluded successfully, leaving the 𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐒 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 inspired and better equipped to fulfill their roles as student leaders. Through the combination of engaging activities and meaningful discussions, they strengthened not only their leadership and support skills but also their commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment within the institution. 💪🤍

The conference offered an enriching experience for the participants to connect with fellow peer facilitators nationwide, share meaningful insights, and deepen their understanding of promoting mental health awareness, empathy, and student well-being. Through this engagement, the facilitators were reminded of their shared mission — to foster a culture of compassion and mutual support among the youth. 💭✨

Indeed, the experience reaffirmed that genuine care begins with listening, understanding, and being present for others. With renewed passion and purpose, the 𝘼𝙄𝙈𝙎 𝙋𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 continue to uphold the values of empathy, unity, and empowerment — one peer at a time. 🌱🤝

In every catastrophe, every mind deserves care. This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, AIMS Peer Facilitators stand with the global call for accessible mental health services for all—especially in 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒔 and 𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒔.
