- graduate of either: HRM, Tourism, marketing, business administration

✅Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting payment by cash
- Balance actual cash and sales report records at the start and end of every shift
- Ensure accuracy in sales, pricing and in verifying commission slip
- Smile and greet incoming customers. Receptionist must always keep their positive facial expression and gesture
- Project a professional friendly and sincere atmosphere always
- Present self-confidently when communicating with customers
- Facilitate offering of spa services and packages
- Explaining benefits of each service
- Direct customers to receiving area
- Treat all customers with highest standard by taking calls and attending to inquiries and questions promptly
- Log customer details and update queue list of waiting customers including those requesting for reservation and booking for appointment
- Offer participation in customer feedback
- Maintain rotation sheet, room control logbook, reservation log, and customer information
- Ensure that each customer is accompanied to their treatment room
- Have a comprehensive knowledge regarding all products, spa treatments, services, prices and packages
- Keep self-updated on the recent promotions, price structure and duration
- Record and report all customer concerns and complaints to Branch Manager/Operations Manager
- Actively participate in all trainings, workshops and other Spa related events
- Organize rotation of the service attendants by ensuring that rotation is strictly being followed and every service attendant should not refuse a customer
- Monitor room availability through room control logbook
- Receive and take all or provide complete details of reservations and/or inquiries
- Take customer information and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure correct and accurate pricing as well as reporting of services availed by the customers
- Complete the order slips and all sales records updated
- Monitor sales and reach sales target
- Exhibit excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and accountability
- Secure cash and service material including usage control in some consumable items for services
- Comply and adhere to operational procedure
- Conform to company policy
- Perform other ad hoc tasks
