✅ Qualifications:
- Living near makati or manila
- atleast 5 years related experience in accounting field preferably in a multinational company.
- Graduate of either: degree in Accountancy or a related Business course
- Certificate of employment in a well-known establishment
** Very important: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel, google drive, Quick Books, Peach Tree or any accounting software.
- Knowledgeable in BIR tax Codes and government compliances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Attention to details with good working attitude and ethics
- Ability to multi-task, Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent and well organized
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

✅ Duties and Responsibilities as accountant:
- Preparation and completion of monthly quarterly and yearly accounting and financial reports to the management including sales, expense, profit ,monthly balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliation
- Performs daily reconciliation of companies’ sales (cash, credit card, online payments etc.)
- Validation of expense, payment request
- Computing payroll
- Review completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
- Monitor consumable products inventory
- Filing of all documents with complete attachments
- Prepares cash flow forecast.
- Handle accounts payable / Receivable functions•
- Other accounting-related tasks
✅ Duties and Responsibilities as Admin Assistant:
- Handles company administrative tasks and documentation.
- Perform basic record keeping activities, Develop and maintain an electronic and physical filing system of all reports and important documents of the Company while maintaining the confidentiality of all forms, communication, documents, information that is related to the company in general.
- Keeping our social media pages updated by creating and uploading creative posts (edited photos and videos)
- Help running our social media campaign and influencer marketing
- Being proficient and creative in photo and video taking and editing using various software
- Solid understanding of research techniques
- Order office supplies and research new deals and Sourcing suppliers
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of the superiors, Conduct data entry
- Produce and circulate reports/presentations, letters, graphics, and other documents and handle routine correspondence and reporting as needed, extracting data for reports
- Perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks as assigned with strong sense of responsibility and ownership and communication, coverage for peers as needed
- attend to other administrative and clerical tasks instructed by management
- In charge of the end-to-end Recruitment process from on field or virtual applicant search and pre-screening up until onboarding, contract signing, and orientation and update the recruitment reports and database regularly.
