💉𝙆𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝘽𝙇𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝘿𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘿𝙍𝙄𝙑𝙀 2025

Last DECEMBER 5,2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the 𝗞𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗔𝗩𝗥 became a place of compassion and courage as volunteers stepped forward to donate blood and help save lives. Through the 𝚌𝚘𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚋𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚏 𝙺𝙽𝙷𝚂 𝚂𝚂𝙻𝙶 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙺𝙽𝙷𝚂 𝚁𝙲𝚈𝙲, our community showed what true bayanihan looks like simple acts of 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩. 💪✨

Leptospirosis is caused by an infection with the spirochete bacterium Leptospira 🦠 and is most often spread through exposure to the urine of infected animals either from direct contact or from contact with soil or water contaminated by the urine.🐀💦

STAY SAFE, KNHSians!

As of 8AM the IS NOW A SUPER TYPHOON. 🌀

As the intensifies into a super-typhoon, it brings life-threatening conditions. So make sure to be prepared at all times.

Here are the things to do before, during, and after the Super Typhoon Hits:

BEFORE☀️

✅Stay Informed

-Monitor official weather updates (e.g., local disaster agencies, PAGASA, NOAA, or your government’s weather service).

✅Prepare an Emergency Kits

-Flashlights, extra batteries, candles, matches
-Bottled water
-Non-perishable food
-First aid kit and essential medicines
-Power banks / charged devices
-Whistle, rope, multi-tool
-Important documents in waterproof bags (IDs, insurance papers, etc.)

✅Secure Your Home

-Bring outdoor objects (plants, tools, furniture) inside.
-Board up or tape glass windows.
-Check your roof, drainage, and gutters for weak points.
-Turn off gas valves if advised by authorities.

✅Plan Ahead

-Know the nearest evacuation center.
-Have a communication plan with family.
-Prepare pets—bring them indoors or arrange a safe place.

✅Stay Indoors

-Keep away from windows, glass doors, and exterior walls.
-Shelter in the most interior and lowest level of your home.
