𝗪𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 has officially launched the 𝗪𝗟𝗔 – 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 engaging leaders across the organization through batch based, two-day, face to face workshops conducted nationwide.

A total of 𝟭𝟱𝟵 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 joined the program, delivered in partnership with 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. Each batch was designed to strengthen Watsons core leadership behaviors that foster collaboration, enhance people capabilities in managing a complex & dynamic retail environment, and drive consistent retail ex*****on and performance.
