CARRIES ARREST
It is a topical medicament used to treat dental caries across the age spectrum.
What does it do?
It is a clinically applied treatment that controls active caries and aids in preventing further progression of the disease. The Silver component acts as an anti- microbial agent killing bacteria and preventing the formation of new biofilm,while the flouride acts to prevent further demineralization of tooth structure.
Adverse/Side Effects
On application, decayed Dentin will darken as the caries lession arrest. Most will be dark brown or black.
