BIOCARE MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (BMC) was formed by twenty seven (27) Independent distributors of natural and organic Filipino enzyme supplement distributed all over the Philippines and even abroad headed by the Team Leader, Ms. Its primary product is BIO EYZME PLUS, an enzyme supplement manufactured by one of the Cooperator, Dr. Rodolfo C. BMC was formed by Cooperators/Founders who believed that the task of cooperative development lies primarily in the hands of the Team as Ms. These leaders believe in self-help and in the idea that Filipino masses need to create opportunities for themselves to improve their economic well being. They are also aware that in order to succeed they cannot rely only in a traditional business or even in Multi-Level Marketing alone. So, they thought of bonding themselves together to give birth to what is now known as Biocare Multipurpose Cooperative. On April 22, 2009, BMC registered its name and was approved by the Cooperative Development Authority as Multipurpose Cooperative with its main office at Room 207 Doña Consolacion Building, Gen. Santos Aveñue, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City. The 27 cooperators initiated its business through credit/loans with the members’ saping puhunan (capital share) as initial capital. Most members’ loan was Product Loan since all of them are distributors of Filipino products like Enzyme supplements, vitamins, minerals and other beauty and health care products. Since then, many distributors aspired to be part of the organization. Comes February 27, 2012, BMC conducted its third General Assembly and a new set of Board of Directors and Officers were elected. During the Board of Directors meeting on March 6, 2012, Ms. Aileen Alvarez was elected as the new Chairperson of the Board. Her main objective is for BMC to be well known in Marketing Filipino Natural and Organic Products to push its mission and vision. On October 21, 2012, BMC received an Award as MOST OUTSTANDING COOPERATIVE IN MARKETING NATURAL AND ORGANIC FILIPINO PRODUCTS awarded by CONSUMERS QUALITY AWARDS COMMITTEE held in AFP Theater, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines. On July 30, 2013, BMC launched it BMC KABUHAYAN LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM in Philippines International Convention Center (PICC) in collaboration with the two non profit humanitarian organizations, ASKME Foundation and C.I.A. Bayanihan founded by its officers Dr. Arturo R. Evangelista and Efren A. respectively. Members and Kabuhayan Partners can earn from the products they are purchasing thru the BMC KABUHAYAN LIVELIHOOD Compensation Program. A program wherein while consuming and promoting their products, there is allocation of profit shared among them. BMC team is continuously striving to fulfill its goal of prosperity and economic wellbeing of its Members through the application of cooperative principles and values, strong and modern BAYANIHAN/DAMAYAN and Social Awareness. We conceptualized the BMC KABUHAYAN STORE with more basic products available which are consumed by the members and Kabuhayan partners. They can also supply their own-produced products to help them marketing their production. BMC is committed in helping through the Kabuhayan Livelihood Program and Trainings our cooperative is providing with its Members and Kabuhayan Partners. We are marketing food supplements, coffee, perfumes and beauty soap from its members. Today, Our flagship product is own brand of BMC which is BM Biodrops, a mineral based product which is versatile, quality and affordable product. BMC choose BM Biodrops since we believe that MINERAL IS THE FOUNDATION OF HUMAN BODY” as written in the Scripture how human was created (Gen.2:7). As Covid19 pandemic strike in our country and all over the globe, we took the opportunity of accepting the new technology of selling products. We introduced our ONLINE MARKETING SYSTEM wherein our Members, Kabuhayan partners and Subscribers/Affiliates can do the program with the use of the cellphone and internet as everybody is commanded by our government to avoid mingling with people and stay at home as much as possible. This system is great help to many Filipino people who lost jobs and business due to the said pandemic as we accept the challenge of “New Normal.”
