Tumataas ang uric acid sa katawan mo (1) pag oa ka sa kain ng purine rich foods [Google niyo na lang😂] (2) pag hindi ganun ka-healthy yung kidney mo na hindi nya kayang ilabas yung dumi sa katawan efficiently or (3) hindi ganun ka-healthy yung liver mo.

So kunyare you ASKED ME WHY:
Ang uric acid, toxic sya sa katawan. Ibig sabihin hindi pwede na mataas ang level sa dugo so lahat ng toxic dinadala sa liver para madetoxify. Pag healthy si liver, macoconvert yung uric acid into urea - si urea relatively safe na magtravel freely sa dugo. Si urea yung dinadala sa kidneys para sumama sa urine/ihi. So normally URIC ACID to UREA to URINE.

If unhealthy si liver mo, first step pa lang fail na. Kaya pag may gout si client, hindi mo naman magagamot na may crystals sya eh... What you do is boost the liver health so he can efficiently convert and excrete excess uric acid sa body. Bonus pa is when you make the liver healthy, happy rin si kidney.
