Back-to-Back Peer-to-Peer Program: Zeesan Biotech Co., Ltd.’s NTM & HPV

Getz Healthcare Philippines brought together Infectious Disease Specialists (IDS) and Obstetricians (OBs) of Central Luzon for a dual peer-to-peer learning initiative—focusing on (Nontuberculous Mycobacteria) and (Human Papillomavirus).

Dr. Elpidio Demetria (IDS) and Dr. Jennifer Go( Ob-gyne) shared real-world cases and best practices, strengthening clinical confidence.

By aligning medical relevance with business strategy, we’re not just educating, we’re creating sustainable partnerships that drive better patient outcomes and long-term growth.

Last February 18, a new batch of our 2026 New Hires at Getz Healthcare, representing our Key Accounts and Trade Sales Team, including MedTech Specialty and BD, participated in the Distribution Center Warehouse Orientation and Site Tour.

As part of our ongoing Individual Training Plan (ITP) program, this initiative remains an integral component in helping our new hires assimilate more effectively and gain a deeper understanding of Getz Healthcare’s operations. Through the tour, they gained firsthand insight into the workflow, structure, and critical processes that keep our Distribution Center running efficiently and supporting our business units daily.

We would also like to express our appreciation to our DC Team for consistently providing an informative, engaging, and well‑organized orientation experience.

February at Getz Healthcare was a true celebration of love — not just the romantic kind, but the kind that recognizes and appreciates the heart of our organization: Our heroes, Our Getzers.

This Love Month, we proudly launched HR–D Collab, a meaningful partnership between HR and assigned departments designed to strengthen engagement and promote cross-department collaboration through shared programs. The initiative was successfully rolled out by HR in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Team, a strong testament to what we can achieve when we work together.

And because People Matter, this February was ALL about our Getzers.

Our month-long celebration focused on self-love, wellness, and smart living :

Financial Awareness – Empowering Getzers to better understand statutory benefits through learning sessions with our government partners such as Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG Fund, discovering smarter ways to save for the future.

Physical & Experiential Wellness – From BMI checks and expert diet consultations to wellness webinars on proper diet and nutrition, free relaxing massages, and our exciting Biggest Loser challenge, everyone had the opportunity to level up their health. Eye check-ups were also made available for our Getzers.

Professional Care & Awareness – Through our Anti-Sexual Harassment Act webinar facilitated by Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), we reinforced our commitment to building a safe, respectful, and empowered workplace for all.

This meaningful celebration was made special through our valued partners: Healthway Philippines, Inc., Intellicare, OJO Eyewear, Forever Blessed Massage, Gardenia Philippines, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, and DOLE Papamarisan.

“My experience in the Launchpad program at Getz Healthcare was a valuable milestone in my journey. It provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the company’s mission, values, and commitment to delivering quality healthcare solutions. Through comprehensive product training, assessments, and activities. I gained deeper knowledge of our products, their clinical value, and how to effectively communicate these to healthcare professionals. These experiences strengthened my confidence in product detailing, adaptability, and applying what I learned in real and sometimes challenging situations.

Equally meaningful was working closely with my Launchpad team. While there were challenges along the way, our teamwork, support, and shared commitment helped us overcome them. We learned to appreciate the importance of collaboration and resilience, celebrating every small win together whether it was passing an exam, or successfully passing the Revalida. With the guidance of our mentors and trainers, and the encouragement within the team, Launchpad reinforced professionalism, accountability, and the value of celebrating progress. Overall, the experience prepared me to move forward with confidence, gratitude, and a strong sense of teamwork at Getz Healthcare.”

On 22nd February 2026, Rotary International District 3780 Quezon City, Philippines gathered 96 Rotary Clubs across Quezon City for the Rotary Day of Service, an inspiring showcase of the district’s commitment to its seven areas of focus.

Getz Healthcare Philippines joined the initiative in partnership with TBPeople Philippines, supporting the End TB Program through an educational session aimed at raising awareness among Rotarians on tuberculosis prevention and control.

During the event, our team explored future collaboration opportunities with Dr. Airene Santos, pulmonologist and Charter President, including potential barangay‑level screening using the Molbio Truenat platform to make TB diagnostics more accessible. Dr. Santos will be presenting this proposal to the district presidents, opening meaningful pathways for continued partnership.

We were also honored by the presence of Hon. Mayor Joy Belmonte, who expressed her support for efforts that strengthen public health and empower communities.

“My Launchpad journey at Getz Healthcare started when I entered not just as a new hire, but as someone eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. The Launchpad Project turned out to be more than a training, it became a journey of purpose, people, and impact.

One of my most meaningful moments was joining our corporate social responsibility visit to a sanctuary for orphans with disabilities. Being part of an organization that values compassion as much as competence reminded me why I chose Getz. It showed me that here, success is not only measured by milestones, but by the lives we touch along the way.

This sense of community carried into our mini-Christmas party at the office, where we celebrated completing the Launchpad training together. It was a simple yet special moment which was filled with gratitude, laughter, and pride in how far we had all come in such a short time.

From learning the ropes to building confidence, every challenge became a stepping stone with the support of mentors and peers who truly believed in us.
