OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
Hi everyone, good evening.
First of all, we want to sincerely thank you for your continued patience and support. We know many of you have been waiting for updates, so we’d like to share the latest as clearly and respectfully as possible.
The Contract of Lease between PSP and the building owner has officially ended due to unresolved issues, particularly unpaid rent and utility bills. As a result, the building owner has restricted access to the gym, and all PSP equipment has now been pulled out.
As staff, this has been a very difficult time for us. Like many of you, we were left with no clear communication from upper management. We also haven’t received our salaries for several months. Despite that, we stayed to serve until the very end because we truly care about you, our members, and the community we built together.
We’re still hoping that PSP can recover and fix things, but based on what we’ve seen, that seems unlikely. That said, there are still PSP branches that remain operational, and you're welcome to continue your workouts at any of the following locations:
Operational Branches:

For those who paid via credit card, please note that your payments went directly to PSP’s account, not to us, the staff. Because of this, only PSP management has the authority to cancel your credit card payment. They need to file a cancellation memo with their partner bank to process it.
We're trying to help in any way we can. If your payment isn't refunded through PSP, you may also file a DTI complaint to formally request a refund from them. We’ve had clients in the past who successfully got their payments canceled and refunded this way.
As for cash or bank transfer payments, you can still file a DTI complaint but the chances of getting a refund are unfortunately low. Even if you handed your payment to us, these were always deposited directly to PSP and never kept by the staff.
For any concerns or complaints, you may reach out to:

Maraming salamat po for your understanding and for standing with us throughout this journey.
Warm regards,
Your PSP Amang Team
