🚨 Life-saving mission, just five days after birth 🚨
On June 23, 2025, a newborn just five days old was urgently transported from Cagliari to Milan Linate aboard a Gulfstream G650 of the Italian Air Force’s 31st Wing, as part of a newly activated neonatal air medical service.
At the heart of this operation was GINEVRI’s Baby Shuttle transport incubator, designed to ensure continuous intensive care in critical conditions, even during air transfers:
• Servo Controlled Patient Temperature, integrated Respirator with heated gas humidifier
• Over 90 minutes of autonomous battery-powered operation
• Easy-to-use control panel,
- Light and maneuverable even in confined spaces like aircraft cabins
Thanks to this advanced technology, the infant was safely transported to IRCCS Policlinico San Donato to receive immediate specialized care.
