Echano Dental Clinic was established March 2009. The very first clinic was only 12 to 15 sq meters with one dental chair. It started from zero patients and now numbering to thousands of happy patients served. Now it has five branches located at Pasig, Alabang, Quezon City, Marikina and Makati. The Branches

along Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City. Pasig Clinic caters to most patients coming from all across Metro Manila. Majority of which coming from nearby cities like Makati, Taguig etc. Alabang Clinic is at the Ground of 577 Suntrade Building Alabang Zapote Road Almanza Uno Las Pinas City. This branch at the South is strategically situated to be accesible from Alabang exit, to patients taking South Luzon express way. This branch also caters to numerous patients coming all the way from Laguna, Batangas and reaching out as far as Lucena. Patients nearby from Muntinlupa, Las Pinas find it so convenient for them. Corporate tie ups with partners from major Companies with offices and plants at Cavite and Laguna have given this branch full accreditation status for their employees dental needs and annual dental check ups. Quezon City Clinic is along Banawe Avenue the famous "business-automotive row" of Quezon City.
