Para kay April, isang Customer Relations Associate, ang paggamit ng wikang Filipino ay nagiging daan upang mas maipaabot ng maayos ang mga impormasyon at serbisyong pangkalusugan. Sa pamamagitan ng ating wika, siya ay nagiging mas produktibong empleyado, na handang maglingkod sa ating mga pasyente.

Ang ating wika ay mahalagang kasangkapan sa pagbibigay ng tamang serbisyo sa ating mga pasyente. Para kay Pamela, isang Pharmacist, ito ay nagiging daan upang mas madaling maipabatid ang tamang impormasyon tungkol sa mga gamot. Sa bawat konsultasyon, nagiging tulay ang wika para sa mas malinaw na pag-unawa at mas mabilis na pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng bawat pasyente.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika, pinapakita natin ang kahalagahan ng ating wika sa pagtatrabaho at pagbibigay serbisyo. Para kay Maryjane, ang paggamit ng ating wika ay nagiging daan upang maipahayag ang taos-pusong pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga pasyente at katrabaho. Ang simpleng salita ay nagiging susi sa mabilis at maayos na serbisyo.
