Here's a quick guide to our Appointment Booking process and on the day of your visit to better manage your schedule and serve you more efficiently:

1. We want to get to know you better, so please remember to fill out the fields correctly.

3. After accomplishing your Request for Appointment, we will get in touch with you to confirm some details.

4. A minimal fee of Php1,000 will be required to s

ecure your appointment date.

5. Remember to download/save or take a screenshot of the transaction record or receipt. We will request you to send us a copy later on. This Appointment Fee is non-refundable but is deductible from your total bill on the day of your visit/appointment.

6. In our effort to keep you, our patient, safe and protected, we allow the presence of two (2) companions on the day of your procedure or appointment. This guideline is in place to ensure that we are able to help manage your time better and serve you better, always. Thank you so much and we are excited to see you at the Clinic very soon! Be safe!
