TMC Department of Surgery Divine Mercy Clinic is now operational under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Clinic hours will be from:
Wednesday 8:00-5:00pm by appointment. (30mins per patient)

Please accomplish the pre-consult screening form that will be sent to you after scheduling consult.

Please prepare the following as needed for in-person consult:

1. Certificate of Indigency
2. Valid Identification (ID)
3. Pre-consult COVID Screening Form

Please message this page for scheduling of consult. We are currently NOT accepting walk-ins without prior schedule.

Teleconsults are also available from 9 to 5pm from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please book your teleconsult 2 days prior via our page. We will allot 1 hour per consult.
