The message encourages people to make lifestyle changes like exercising, meditating, and improving sleep to reduce stress, which is a key risk factor for heart disease.

The campaign also highlights the need for global collaboration to ensure better heart care access in developing countries, and it draws attention to the harmful effects of air pollution, responsible for 25% of cardiovascular deaths.

Sign the petition from World Heart Federation, and help them reach 1 million+ signatures in support of cardiovascular health to save lives and urge all governments and decision-makers worldwide to develop and implement action plans to combat cardiovascular disease.
