Most of clients asked about of what I'm eating every time I touched them it turned into a healing hands.
Me: it's not about me it's God🙏
When they asked me what kinds of food I eat because I'm giving them good energy?
Me: Vegetables

I'm sharing my favourite foods “lady’s finger,” okra comes in two colors — red and green, both varieties taste the same, rich in nutrients.
🔘Excellent source of vitamins C water-soluble nutrient that contributes to your overall immune function.
🔘Vitamin K1 is a fat-soluble vitamin that’s known for its role in blood clotting.
🔘 Magnesium an essential mineral required by the body for muscle and nerve function, maintaining heart rhythm, building strong bones, and energy production. The secretion and action of insulin also require magnesium.
🔘 Folate (vitamin B9) is an important nutrient for pregnant women. It helps lower the risk of a neural tube defect, which affects the brain and spine of a developing fetus
🔘 Fiber The fiber in okra can help lower your cholesterol levels, a thick gel-like substance called mucilage, which can bind to cholesterol during digestion, causing it to be excreted with stools rather than absorbed into your body.
🔘 Antioxidants are compounds in food that fend off damage from harmful molecules called free radicals.
🔘 Vitamin A have been linked to a reduction in the risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.

The BEST complements that I have when GOD sent me to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as I face the immigration Officer saying ( YOU ARE PRETTY IN PERSON) as I face to Auntie she said ( She's so lucky to have you because you are very pleasant)
This meant they seen the beauty inside that's what we stored in our 💖

God is always faithful, as I look back how God touches me to be there in Kuala Lumpur I would say He has been with us and has been working in our lives .
As I look back holding the pictures of The University of Malaya I never thought to be here one day realising that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD🙏
