John Yudkin was right — 50 years ahead of his time.

Back in the 1970s, Dr. John Yudkin warned that sugar, not saturated fat, was the true dietary villain behind rising rates of heart disease.

His message was buried by the sugar industry and overshadowed by Ancel Keys’ “diet-heart hypothesis,” which blamed butter, eggs, and red meat.

Now, decades later, modern research confirms what Yudkin tried to tell us — that fructose and refined sugars drive metabolic dysfunction:

Sugar Correlates with Dementia
Only 5 Percent of Alzheimer’s is genetic. That means 95 is caused by environmental: air pollution, micro plastics, ultra processed food, and of course SUGAR.
73 percent of grocery items are sugar and poison. There are 262 names for sugar. Sugar is associated with dementia, cancer, diabetes, every mental health issue. It is also addictive.
How do I know if it is bad? If a food has a label it is a warning label. Only buy real food, nothing processed.
Remember that sugar is NOT always sweet. All plants break down to glucose. Here are the highest carb foods that are also SUGAR:

1. Crackers – 60–70 g
2. Bagel – 55 g
3. Bread – 45–50 g
4. Flour tortilla – 45 g
5. White rice – 28 g
6. Barley – 28 g
7. Chickpeas – 27 g
8. Pasta – 25 g

Let’s get one thing straight:

You were never meant to count eggs.
You were never meant to fear meat.
