I have 2 cases of Shingles (Herpes Zoster) today.

Male 70 years old with Lesions on his right hip and gluteal areas all the way down to his legs and thighs

Female 71 years old with vesicular lesions on her right upper quadrant extending to her right back.

If you are 50 years old and above you may consider to have the Zoster vaccine given 2doses at 6months apart to prevent this painful and worrisome viral disease.
