Here are the enhancement from Maxicare.

Dear Valued Partners,

Please be advised of the following important updates regarding MyMaxicare, effective January 1, 2026.

Rates validity:

MyMaxicare will have a 0% rate increase from 2025 rates, effective January 1, 2026.
All plan benefits and pricing not specifically mentioned in this announcement will remain unchanged.

Benefit Enhancements

A. New Business and Renewal (2 Years and Below Tenureship)

Members with 2 years and below of MyMaxicare tenureship will have the option to add the following riders under a separate fee:
Critical Illness (42): PHP 50,000 to 300,000
Daily Hospital Cash Benefit: From N/A to PHP 500 per confinement day

B. Renewal Business (3 Years and Above Tenureship)

For members with 3 years or more of MyMaxicare tenureship, the following benefits will be automatically built in:
Critical Illness (42): Increased from PHP 100,000 to 300,000
Daily Hospital Cash Benefit: From N/A to PHP 500 per confinement day
