📣 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL PAYMENTS
Effective July 2, 2025, Dentasource Direct Dental Supply will implement a new cheque format policy. Kindly follow the updated guidelines below to avoid any issues with your transactions:
✅ Date Format: MM-DD-YYYY (numbers only)
✅ Payee: JF Empire Services Company
✅ Amount in Figures: Use comma separators for thousands (e.g., 15,000.00)
✅ Centavos: Use a period to separate (e.g., 0.50)
🔔 Additional Reminders:
• Please write clearly and legibly. Double-check the spelling of the payee and the amount in words.
• No alterations or erasures will be accepted. Avoid any corrections on the cheque.
• Ensure the cheque is torn properly with the documentary stamp intact.
