On 17 September 2025, leaders from the public and private sectors gathered at the 5th Health Leadership Summit, co-organized by Ateneo de Manila University and AC Health, to explore how innovation and partnership can advance equitable healthcare for all Filipinos.

With the theme “Innovation for Equity: Public-Private Partnership Models in Service Delivery,” this year’s summit highlighted the power of collaboration in transforming healthcare—from policy reforms and financing models to education and technology.

ASMPH celebrates a 98.44% passing rate in the October 2025 Physician Licensure Examination!

Congratulations to all our newly licensed doctors! Congratulations to Dr Johann Vincent Gan Lam, MD-MBA, who soared high, landing Top 7 nationwide out of nearly 5,900 examinees. 🦅

ASMPH Deepens Commitment to Inclusive Healthcare 💙🤟

For over a decade, the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health (ASMPH) has championed cura personalis — care for the whole person — through its annual Deaf Awareness and Filipino Sign Language (FSL) Session.

Now part of the Year Level 7 Public Health course, this long-running partnership with the DLSU-CSB School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies (SDEAS) equips future doctors with the knowledge, empathy, and communication skills to serve the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community with compassion and respect.

Led by Dr Paulo Jose Lumicao and Dr Cherry Bernardo-Lazaro, this year’s session continues the shared vision of building a healthcare system where everyone is heard, understood, and cared for.
