That’s how we celebrated post-Valentine’s at CuraKidney.

Our Nutritionist-Dietitian, Ms. Nica Cruzado, RND, led an engaging Health Talk on Sugar and Kidney Health, helping our patients understand how sugar really affects the body.

Sugar isn’t the enemy. It’s a source of energy. But for kidney patients, it needs to be taken mindfully. During the session, patients learned how to spot hidden sugars, understand common nutrition claims on labels, and choose smarter alternatives that support their health.

Because real love means giving patients the knowledge they need to live longer, feel better, and make confident choices every day.
