San Miguel Corporation (SMC) will take over operations of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on September 14, 2024. To alleviate congestion, the New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation (NNIC) will reassign terminals as follows:

Terminal 1 – Philippine Airlines (PAL) only;

Terminal 2 – Domestic flights for PAL and Cebu Pacific;

Terminal 3 – International carriers;

Terminal 4 – AirAsia flights.
