,It took us awhile to finish this case due to the patient's busy schedule and available resources,.but the treatment duration enabled us to achieve our mission, of not just transforming smiles "but also building long term postive relationship with patients"..correction of gummy smile, root canal treatment of four incisors with post and core build up of right lateral incisors and fabrication of eight unit porcelain fused to metal crowns..
