Blessed and honored to receive the teaching of Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul (Meditations for Soul Realization) by Master Choa Kok Sui through Master Faith Sawey. These past two days have been a beautiful journey of spiritual awakening, learning valuable nourishment for both the body and soul — truly a gift from God.

With a grateful heart, I thank God for allowing me to experience and complete this meaningful seminar through the invitation of dear friends' Vladimir Lima, Coaches June Acebedo and Maris Yamat and other spiritual helpers who became instruments of light along the way.

Thankful as well to my classmates who walked and continue to walk with me in this sacred path as spiritual workers. May we all continue to grow in faith, wisdom, healing, love, light, and divine power as we fulfill our purpose with humility and compassion. ✨🙏

Ngiting tagumpay yan... 🥰

As a doctor, isa sa mga pinaka-fulfilling na bagay para sa akin ay makita ang smiles ng aking team— either from ER, ward, hanggang OR.✨

Sa gitna ng pagod, those well lighted faces, those simple smiles, their giggles become my quiet measure that small acts of kindness truly matter.👌🏻

Minsan, simpleng pagkain lang, simpleng pangungumusta, o maliit na gesture of appreciation—but for me, malaking bagay na iyon because healthcare is not only about treating patients, but also caring for the people beside us who serve every single day.

I believe that when people feel appreciated, they work with more heart, more compassion, and more strength. At sa isang mundong puno ng stress at pressure, minsan ang pinakamahalagang gamot ang pagkain...✌🏻😂...

Pinaka mahalagang gamot ang makiramdam at maramdaman na may nakakaalala at nagpapahalaga sa’yo. ❤️❤️❤️

Hindi ito tungkol sa grand gestures—nasa maliliit na bagay na may lalim at sincerity.

Una, kilalanin mo siya hindi lang bilang doktor kundi bilang tao—yung pagod niya, sakripisyo, at passion sa ginagawa niya. Pakinggan mo siya, hindi para sumagot, kundi para umunawa.

Pangalawa, effort na may thoughtfulness. Hindi kailangang mahal—kahit simpleng bagay na alam mong gusto niya (kape pagkatapos ng duty, paborito niyang pagkain, o tahimik na oras para makapagpahinga) ay malaking bagay.

Pangatlo, consistency. Hindi lang sa simula. Yung araw-araw na pagpapaalala na importante siya—sa simpleng “ingat ka,” “kumain ka na ba?” o “I’m proud of you.”

At higit sa lahat—respeto. Sa oras niya, sa pangarap niya, at sa calling niya bilang doktor.

I believe we are called to each other by fate, bound by an invisible Red 🔴♾️ thread, for a shared purpose: to safely welcome a beautiful baby boy, Yñigo Bryhael A. Pangilinan, into this world. 👶🏻

During the operation, thoughts raced through my mind— “Hypertensive lang yan…” “Bleeder lang yan…” “Kamaganak syndrome lang yan…”

But above all these, I held on to one truth: My God is more powerful than any fear, any complication, any uncertainty.

Future of AI Event — What a Ride 🙌

Still buzzing from Peng Joon's Future of AI event here in Manila.

The reality of AI right now:

✨It's no longer just hype or future talk. AI is in our phones, our workflows, our content, and our businesses today.✨

My biggest takeaways from Peng:

🚀Speed is the new currency. The faster you test and implement with AI, the faster you learn what works.
🚀Prompting is a skill, not a trick. The quality of your input still determines the quality of your output.
🚀AI won’t replace humans, but humans using AI may use it to his/her greatest advantage.

Huge thanks to Peng Joon and the whole team for putting together an event that was practical, eye-opening, and zero fluff. I walked in curious and walked out with a notebook full of ideas I’m actually implementing this week.

Grateful for the community, the conversations, and the reminder that the future of AI isn’t 5 years away. It’s literally happening now, and it’s ours to build.
