🌺Mama Maricar, 38 1/7 weeker complicated with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and early maturation of placenta. Best care and surveillance was rendered all throughout her prenatal care to secure safety for both mommy and baby.

🎀Last September 20, 2025, she delivered via C-section
Meconium Stained Amniotic Fluid to a baby ♀️ 3 Kg
