Life is worth fighting for.

This September, during Su***de Prevention Month, let’s stand together and remind each other that asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it's a sign of courage. No one should have to face their struggles in isolation. Whether the battle is quiet or loud, there’s always someone who will listen, understand, and help carry the load.

Let’s start conversations, share our stories, and create spaces where mental health is treated with the same care as physical health. One small act of kindness—whether it’s a check-in or a word of encouragement—could be the light someone needs.
You are not alone. Your life is worth fighting for.

Reach out. Speak up. Let’s break the silence and build a world where no one feels invisible.

Happy Children's Mental Health Week!
(February 3-9, 2025)

This year's theme is KNOW YOURSELF, GROW YOURSELF. The goal is to be able to equip and empower children to embrace self-awareness. It is important that young people and children will learn and discover how getting to know themselves better can and will help them grow, develop and build resilience.

One in five children and young people are likely to experience a mental health disorder, so it's crucial to support one another and find ways to care for our mental well-being. A simple yet impactful way to connect with others is through kindness.

What is Children's Mental Health Week?

The Children's Mental Health Week is an annual event that is dedicated to raising awareness about the mental health of children and young people. This is an event that is important as it brings opportunity for an open discussion about the mental health and well-being of young people and children.

During this year's Children Mental Health Week, take some time to focus on the mental health of children and talk about these important and sensitive topics with compassion and kindness. Let us motivate our children and consider different ways to take care of their mental health. Let us also encourage each other, parents, carers and teachers to reflect on how they can support children's mental health well-being.
