👶 Quickening (first fetal movements) usually happens:
✨ Around 20 weeks for first-time moms
✨ As early as 16 weeks for moms who’ve been pregnant before

💡 At first, it may feel like flutters, bubbles, or gentle taps. Over time, these become stronger and more regular kicks.

⚠️ If you are past 24 weeks and still don’t feel movement, or if you notice a sudden decrease in kicks, consult your OB right away.
