The Provincial Government of South Cotabato showcases the ongoing transformation of the South Cotabato Provincial Hospitalโ€”from its operation since 1969 to todayโ€™s major expansion, including a new four-storey outpatient extension and preparations to upgrade into a Tertiary (Level 3) facility.
These improvements reflect one mission: to protect lives and deliver faster, stronger, and more accessible healthcare for every South Cotabateรฑo and patients beyond the province.

๐Ÿš‘Polomolok Municipal Hospital, under the management of Provincial Government of South Cotabato, headed by Gov. Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., in partnership with Philhealth, launched the YAKAP or Yaman ng Kalusugan Program on September 26, 2025 at the Polomolok Municipal Hospital (PMH) in Polomolok, South Cotabato, led by Conrado M. Braรฑa Jr., MD - Concurrent Chief of Hospital.

The Polomolok Municipal Hospital conducts a 2-day Benchmarking visit at Norala District Hospital dated October 21 and 22, 2025.

This visit aims to observe best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and adopt innovative approaches in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered dialysis care.

By learning from the experiences and standards of other institutions, we strive to strengthen our own dialysis operations, ensuring that our patients receive only the highest level of care and comfort they deserve.

Look: The installation of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) System at Polomolok Municipal Hospital - Dialysis Center headed by Dr. Conrado M. Braรฑa Jr. and Jing Eborde. The RO system is a critical water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove contaminants like bacteria, viruses, endotoxins, salts, and chemicals from tap water. This purified water is then used to prepare the dialysate, the fluid that cleans the patient's blood during hemodialysis, ensuring it is safe for direct contact with the bloodstream.
