Collect 10 leaves of Talisay tree, 10 pieces leaves of Bankal Tree & 20 pieces of Indian Tree. Wash it & keep dry, then pound in almeris or lusong or cut into small pieces.
Wrap into banana leaves then heat in fire, (gas stove or charcoal fire) Wait to warm, then apply one palm size then tie in the forehead then the remaining tie it on the left above buttocks or in spleen as it was shone in the pictures attached. Do it for one week every night before going to sleep.
