Advised the patient to undergo thyroid profile test.as he was exhibiting thyroid issues.

Was also diagnosed thru alternative healing and the patient confirmed my suspicions..

Courting disaster..

Another patient who uses a grinder for a living with out goggles resulted to an embedded foreign body in the right cornea(metal dust).

The funny part is that he remembered to put on his safety goggles after the accident!! 🤣
