The undersecretary for Rice Industry Development and Permanent Alternate Chairperson of the RCEF-Program Steering Committee (RCEF-PSC), ENGR. CHRISTOPHER V. MORALES, has issued Memorandum on March 18, 2026 for the "Temporary Deferment of the Implementation of Rice farmers Financial Assistance (RFFA) for the Fiscal Year 2026".
