Ella Elle Yoga Hatha Yoga designed on nature’s elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space It aims to restore the balance in your life to optimize your well-being.

As a multifunctional adult, I understand how difficult it is to be slowed down by 'imbalances'. Imbalances may come in physical (dis-ease, different levels of pain, allergies), mental or emotional form (anxiety, depression, addiction, fears, feeling of inadequacy). To help address that, I offer yoga programs/classes designed on the theory of Nature’s five elements ― Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space.
