" Transforming Loneliness"

How do we enjoy the fruits of our success?

Are there instances when you feel lonely and quite empty after having done or completed a project?
Similarly, feeling loneliness even when our loved ones, friends, even family are present.

We even feel estranged from God who had promised to be near.
Let us not feel despair, no running away from these feelings, forgetting it or even denying its existence.

Instead, the value of these seemingly negative experiences is we can still rediscover that there is more to life than our successes, achievements, friends and comforts.

Let us find the meaning deep within ourselves and not dependent on external circumstances.
We therefore transform these negative loneliness into an inner strength which can not be easily shaken.

Continue with that self love that sustains us.
