Property & Reservations Manager 1
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and hospitality-driven professional to manage the daily operations and guest experience of Casa Elvira Alonzo Residency. You will be the "voice" of the residency, ensuring every staycation and event is a 5-star success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings across Airbnb, social media, and direct inquiries.
-Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and provide a warm welcome to guests.
- Supervise on-site staff and ensure the property meets luxury standards.
- Coordinate with event organizers and caterers for large-scale bookings (up to 100 guests).
= Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Property Management.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
-Tech-savvy: Proficient in Airbnb/Booking.com platforms and Social Media.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
-Must be a resident of or willing to travel to the Pulilan/Plaridel area.
On-Site Caretaker / Housekeeper
Role Overview:
We are looking for a trustworthy and hardworking individual (or couple) to maintain the beauty and security of Casa Elvira Alonzo Residency. You will be responsible for ensuring the home is spotless and the grounds are perfectly maintained for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas between guest stays.
-Maintain the pool, garden, and outdoor event spaces daily.
-Handle laundry of linens and towels to hotel standards.
-Provide basic assistance to guests during their stay (e.g., luggage, directions, utility help).
-Monitor property security and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping (Hotel or High-end residential preferred).
- Knowledge of basic pool maintenance and gardening is a major plus.
-Honest, polite, and physically fit for active work.
-Valid NBI or Police Clearance is mandatory.
