WALANG PASOK SA ARAW NA ITO, SEPTEMBER 04, 2023 alinsunod sa localized suspension na inanunsyo ng Barangay Commonwealth ngayong umaga.

Ayon sa guideline, suspendido ang Face to Face at Online Classes sa mga paaralan na may class suspension bunsod ng masamang panahon.

Ang mga Barangay Captain ay binigyan ng kapangyarihan ng lokal na pamahalaan upang magsuspinde ng klase batay sa kalagayan ng kanilang nasasakupan.

Patuloy na lumalakas ang bagyong at malapit nang ideklara bilang super typhoon, ayon sa PAGASA advisory nitong 5:00 a.m. ngayong Martes, July 25, 2023.

Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo 350 km silangan ng Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Ito'y kumikilos pa kanluran hilaga-kanluran sa bilis na 15 km/h.
