Hi Mamshies,

Check this Mermaid Hair Spray!!!

Ingredients
10 drops Rosemary essential oil
10 drops Lavender essential oil
10 drops Cedarwood essential oil
30 ml witch hazel
Water
Glass spray bottle, 118 ml

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients and fill the bottle with water
2. Shake well before use on your wet hair
3. Dry and style hair as normal.

Mamshies... Kamusta kayo this during this time of pandemic?
This is a very good read. We have to give ourselves din some time to adjust especially now that our working hours is also extended.

Working from home and at the same time caring for our kids is not EASY! BUT kapit lang mga mamshies! I hope you can get some good tips from the article.

What can you do?
1. Cook several dishes during weekends then store it sa ref para re-heat nalang tayo lalo na pag toxic ang day natin. :) This will also save us money para hindi tayo order ng order dba? :)
2. Exercise - Not to lose weight but to be healthy. Napaka hirap mag diet ngayon at gumalaw lalo na stuck tayo sa workspace natin sa house BUT lets try to do this in the morning para hindi tayo tatamarin sa gabi/hapon. But of course, it depends on your body. Kung ano mas effective sa inyo.
