✅QC District 1 Action Center every Mondays and Wednesdays only
✅District 4 Action Center - every Wednesdays and Fridays only
✅Novaliches District Center- every Thursdays only
✅Aksyon Opis Distrito Sais- every Mondays and Fridays only

Requirements: QC ID

Ngayong hapon lang po ay kinausap ng ating KONSI-KAP Freddy Roxas ang mga in-charge sa Animal bite center ng District 5 para maiayos ang kanilang serbisyo sa mga taga Distrito 5. Dahil po buong distrito Singko ang pinaglilingkuran nila, sa gabi pa lang po ay pumipila na ang mga tao. Pinagusapan nila kung ano ano pa ang mga problema na dapat ayusin. Ang Health center po ay sa City hindi po health center ng barangay.

Para din po mapabilis ang serbisyo ng Animal bite center kapag kayo po ay pupunta magdala na agad kayo ng proof of residency na magpapatunay na kayo po ay taga Distrito Singko. Katulad po ng government issued ids at QC id para po ang pagbakuna sa mga pasyente ay mapabilis at kailangan po taga District 5 po kayo.. Bawat District po ay may kanya kanyang Animal bite center. Mag-iingat po kayo. Maraming salamat po.
