Dunkin' wanted to shift away from just donuts, pero syempre nag bebenta parin sila nun. They wanted to gear towards coffee and other offers. In fact, binawasan nila ang donut flavors, at nagdagdag ng more coffee and drinks as options.
Also, people are more health conscious these days
and when you think about Donuts, ang maiisip mo matamis.
