HR MANAGER.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic and operational human resources programs that support organizational goals and enhance employee experience. The HCMG Manager also manages personnel cost, ensuring cost efficiency, alignment to organizational financial targets, and sustainability of HR programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
-Strong background in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
-Experience working in healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
