On my birthday, I humbly thank Allah for another year of life. Grateful for His blessings, guidance, and unwavering love that has carried me through every moment. Today, I offer my sincerest gratitude for the countless miracles and opportunities that have shaped my journey. And, with aging the person faces an increasing number of changes in life including physiological changes, retirement, loss of loved ones and bodily changes. Handling such changes properly is considered the key of staying in good health. - Saudi MOH

The Ministry of Health encourages our elderly to
1. Practice a previous hobby or trying a new one.
2. Play with grandchildren and favorite pets.
3. Learn new thing (foreign language or new game).
4. Enjoy arts like visiting a (virtual) museum.
5. Write diaries about your life experiences.
