* DEC. 21, 2025 to JAN. 4, 2026 - Christmas and New Year break (CLOSED)

* JAN. 5, 2025 - RESUME of Clinic Operations 2026 (OPEN)

In light of the holidays, the clinic will be taking its break. Please coordinate with our clinic admin staff for your schedule concerns. Also, there will be NO processing of any documents during the break.
