✨ Reminders that you're a good therapist (especially for when you doubt yourself) ✨

When we get comfortable in the therapist routine, sometimes we end up questioning ourselves so here's your reminder that you are doing it well. If you show up with empathy, if you listen with intention, if you hold space for growth, even in small ways—then you're already doing meaningful work. You're not just helping your clients, but you're also showing up for them in ways that truly matter.

Pass it on too! Sometimes the kind words you offer yourself are exactly what someone else needs to hear too. The simplest "you're doing great" can go a long way! Encouragement is never wasted, so if something here made you feel a little lighter today, be someone else's gentle reminder.

Our dedicated SLPs (T.Nicco and T.Niel) were present during the 2025 Philippine Association of Speech Pathologists Convention entitled "RSLP: Sino Tayo? Saan Tayo Patungo? Towards Contextualized and Transformative Practices" held last July 11-14.

The event included sessions, presentations, and breakout discussions that covers areas relevant to the field of speech-language pathology.

Our SLPs truly took the opportunity to learn and enhance their practice with new knowledge, ideas, and approaches. 🗣️💛💙

We’re thrilled to share that one of our therapists T. Erick is a co-author in a recently published research journal article titled, "Development of Competency Matrix that Supports Successful Inclusive Education for Occupational Therapists in the Philippines" in the Journal of Occupational Therapy, Schools, & Early Intervention. Their research aimed to contribute to the key role that OTs play in inclusive education. This important contribution helps move the field forward and reflects dedication to learning, advocacy, and advancing therapeutic practice.

Not all heroes wear capes—some carry clipboards, toys, and an endless supply of compassion. From staying calm during meltdowns, to turning cardboard into magic, to caring deeply even when the load feels heavy—you make a difference in ways big and small.

Being a therapist means balancing structure with heart, and showing up even on the tough days. From turning cardboard into breakthroughs, to staying grounded during chaos, to offering hope when it’s hard—you’re doing more than you think.

These quiet superpowers might not make the headlines, but they change lives every day. To all the therapists who show up with heart, creativity, and quiet strength—these are your superpowers. You are seen, valued, and we celebrate you. You are making a difference. 💖✨

Progress isn’t always loud or fast. Sometimes, it’s in the little things—quieter moments, subtle changes, and growing confidence. Here are some small but powerful signs therapy is working.

1. Skills practiced in therapy appear at home or school.
2. They're forming stronger connections with their therapist or caregivers.
3. They seem more confident in their activities or want to try new things.
4. They imitate sounds, gestures, or actions more than before.
5. They tolerate new textures, sounds, or environments better even just a little.

Keep going, the growth is happening!
