If not fresh, the bacteria in the fish converts — or just produces HISTAMINE.

So you are eating HISTAMINE. Remember ANTI-HISTAMINE.

It’s not a true allergy, you’re just eating histamine like a poison.. but you get the same symptoms as allergy.
