Dry Skin: How to Cure
The most common cause of dry skin is due to prolonged bathing and use of strong soaps.
How to treat:
1. Moisturize the skin-The moisturizer acts as a skin mask that helps maintain beautiful skin. If the skin is very dry you can apply oil, while the skin is still moist after bathing. The oil lasts longer on the skin than the moisturizer.
2. Avoid using harsh soaps - If you have dry skin, it is best to use cleansing creams, gentle skin cleansers, and bath or shower gels that include moisturizers. Choose a mild soap that adds oil and fats. Avoid deodorant and anti-bacterial detergents that are harsh.
3. Limit bath time-Bathing in hot water for a long time removes oils from your skin. Soak for 15 minutes or less. Just use lukewarm instead of hot water.
4. Moisturize the skin after bathing-After bathing, gently dab the towel to dry the skin to keep moisture in the skin. Moisturize the skin immediately with oil or cream to trap moisture in the skin.
5. Aircon helps - The warm feeling inside the house makes itching and peeling worse. Choose an aircon that fits your budget and needs. Make sure the aircon is always clean to prevent the formation of bacteria and fungi.

Are you lazy? Stretch and exercise
There are many benefits to exercise. It gives vitality, joy and improves blood flow in the body. So if you are lazy or depressed, you may lack muscle tension and exercise in the morning.
Now I will teach you the simple and safe way to exercise. Start slowly to avoid muscle strain (or muscle strain).
When stretching the muscle should not feel too much pain. You just feel the muscle being stretched. You will know this with long practice.
Here is my simple advice:
1. Raise the shoulder - Raise the hand. It's like you're reaching for the ceiling. You need to be able to extend your entire arm and shoulder upwards. Do this movement only 5-10 times. You feel your arms and shoulders stretch.
2. Shrug - Move around your entire shoulder. Rotate it to relax the muscles in your shoulders and neck.
3. Neck stretch - Neck stretch. Slowly look to the right. Stretch the neck only 3-5 times. Then look to the left. Gently push your neck with your hands. Then look up. Do this only 3 times. Don't do this step by step and you may feel dizzy. It is important that you feel the muscles in your neck stretch.
4. Hip Rotation - Rotate the waist to the right and left. As you stand forward, try to rotate your waist to look back. Just cycle as far as you can. Do this about 3 times at first. In the long run you can do up to 7 reps.
5. Walking in place - Stepping on people's feet only in one place. You are like a soldier on a march. Raise your leg about 1 foot as you step up. Do this for about 30 seconds.
In the long run, you'll be able to add a variety of exercises. If you can, sit-ups, stationary bikes, push-ups, and half-squats are also great.
Note: It is not recommended to do intense exercise (at the gym and work out) on a daily basis. There should be a rest day between your workouts. This is for the muscles to heal and relax.
But the exercises I teach can be done every day. This can be done by children and adults. Good luck.
