Dr. John Robert C. Rilveria - Clinical Psychologist I am your mental health ally - a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in cognitive-behavioral and schema therapy.

I assess and treat people suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and personality disorders. Dr. John Robert Rilveria is a licensed psychologist with training and expertise in applied behavior analysis, cognitive behavior therapy, and schema therapy. He specializes in the treatment of chronic mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and
personality disorders. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences, cm laude, at the University of the Philippines, Manila, and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He is working as an assistant professor at the UP Diliman, Department of Psychology. He also serves as part of the supervising and clinical research team of UPD Psychosocial Services
(PsycServ) and Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services. His research interests include: the development of therapeutic alliance, client-therapist fit, supervisory alliance, coping strategies, and digital mental health.

It's OKAY to say either as long as you check what are facts and what are just assumptions, stay true to what you value and not what other people say that you should value, and commit to living a meaningful instead of a pressured life.
